Having broken my 2nd, 3rd and 4th metatarsals two weeks ago, I was very excited to see this yoga routine. I will try it and see how I do. I am new to Yoga and very excited.

I broke left 5th metatarsal on 4/3/15. Tried this yoga routine out and it was just what I needed. Thanks for putting this video up. Truly helpful. I had found a chair yoga routine but this is so much better. Thanks again!
